With its easy dual proof / heat control, proof mode has humidity from 30%-100% with temperatures up to 115F, while heat mode has nominal temperatures up to 185F. Features an easy to read LED thermometer, removable control drawer, lift-off clear door, corner bumpers and aluminum construction.
