W Sauce – Fireshire

We added the perfectly balanced flavors of Florida-grown, mild Datil peppers to our WSauce to give it a kick! Fireshire takes all the tangy, savory, sweet, and salty flavor of our traditional WSauce and added a blast of heat, but not too much heat. Add it when a dish needs some wow.
