The recipe has been passed down and perfected over generations and today, my family and I are honored to share our authentic Japanese Barbecue Sauce with you.To stay true to the original recipe, we cold-fill our saucewhich eliminates any need for additives, preservatives, or flavorings. Our crave-worthy flavor comes naturally from delicious, clean ingredients. Lets eat!

We dont heat our sauce to high temperatures in production and run small batches, often. That means that you get the true essence of our ingredients in their natural form in each and every cold-filled bottle.

Bachans is made with real Mirin, premium Japan – brewed Non-GMO Soy Sauce, organic ginger, organic garlic and green onion. Our ingredients are simple and whole – without any preservatives or flavorings. When we say Our Ingredients Matter we really mean it!

We prefer to make our sauce in a kitchen, not a lab. All of our ingredients are, and always will be, Non-GMO Certified and most importantly Bachan approved.
