The 1-3/4 inch diameter dial with red pointer also help for easier readings.
The thermometer features a 3 point calibration and recalibration nut under the dial that assures an accuracy of +/- 2 degrees, and can measure up to 220 degrees Fahrenheit or 100 degrees Celsius. Its superior shock protection, watertight lens and stainless steel construction mean that this thermometer is both functional and durable enough to stand up to heavy use.
This product has an 8 inch stem with 1-3/4 inch diameter display. NSF certified.
