Made of CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, each knife’s material was exclusively developed by Global with a razor-sharp edge longer than any other steel. They also provide a seamless contoured design, which can cover all essential uses for any kitchen task and retains optimal hygiene and safety while prepping your meals in the kitchen.

Where innovation meets performance, each knife is ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56-58 and comes in an acute 15 angle that offers superior edge retention. Periodically sharpen with a ceramic water sharpener or whetstone and they will stay razor sharp and long-lasting for many days to come.
