This delicate, pyramid-shaped salt hails from the coast of the Mediterranean, where its harvested over a years-long process of raking and evaporation in shallow pools, and dried by the sun. That slow burn gives it a shatteringly crisp texture that dissolves cleanly on the tongue.

Himalayan Pink Salt, Extra Small Grain
This salt isnt just the prettiest salt out thereits also densely packed with minerals that make it one of the healthiest ways to add a saline kick to pretty much everything. Harvested under the Himalayan Mountains in Pakistan, the crystals get their color from a mix of more than 80 minerals.
