The Spaceman 6250C Soft-Serve Machine is a medium capacity, twin-twist, gravity feed, floor standing soft serve freezer. Capable of producing a variety of products including: Soft Serve, Frozen Yogurt, Ice Cream, Custards, and Sorbets. Dual controls allow the operator to independently manage settings for two different flavors, plus swirl in the middle. Serves 400 x 4oz servings per hour or roughly 3.5 x 4oz servings per minute per side. Its independent digital control systems automatically regulate and maintain consistent product quality on each side. Refrigerated hoppers and Standby Mode keeps product fresh, even overnight. Comes with (2) 12.8 quart hoppers including agitators and (2) 1.8 quart freezing cylinders.
