Specifically designed to contour the interior of the Weber , theNEWSlow N SearLow Profile brings dedicated two-zone cooking and high-heat searing functionality. Slightly shorter than a standard Slow N Sear, the charcoal basket still has room for a full chimney-full of charcoal for hassle-free extended cooks and 1000+ degree searing.

The Slow N SearLow Profile comes standard with a ventilated bottom plate for additional ease of use. TheNEWSlow N SearLow Profile now comes with removable water reservoir.
