Each box fits up to six 250g dough balls (perfect for 12 pizzas) and comes with lids that keep the dough balls from drying out while they proof.

We designed every aspect of the Ooni Pizza Dough Boxes with pizza makers in mind. We made the boxes white to minimize heat absorption and avoid over-proofing your dough. We gave them smooth, tapered internal walls so your dough balls are easy to remove. We molded in easy-grip handles for transport. We used durable, food-grade plastic for easy cleaning. And for all of us with limited cabinet space, the dough boxes nest inside each other for storage.

As a final convenience, we made the Ooni Pizza Dough Boxes compatible with the Ooni Pizza Prep Lid (sold separately), which sits perfectly atop the lidded boxes and provides valuable workspace to prep, stretch, top, and cut your pizzas.
