While drinks keep warm at all times, the sand-polished beech wood handle stays cool to the touch. The plastic lid and button are easy to operate with one hand. To use, first warm the pot by adding boiling water, discarding it after a minute. Then place coffee or tea bags into the pot and add boiling water and leave to infuse for a couple of minutes until it is ready to serve.
