How to Use Your CINQ Rolling Knife Sharpener:

The first sharpening may take 5-10 minutes, depending on the condition of the blade and its hardness. We recommend matching your knifes existing angle. Changing angles may take additional time and may not be optimal for your knife. Once you have a sharp blade, each further maintenance resharpening will take less time and effort. You may choose to start with the 1000 or 2000-grit discs for maintenance if the edge has been recently sharpened.
THE FIVE ANGLES:
