Accuracy in every sensor
Roast, smoke, grill, and fry meats to restaurant-level perfection. Four hidden probe sensors are independently calibrated to find the true thermal center of your cookand deliver 0.9F accuracy between 14 and 212F.
Precision you can trace
Each RFX MEAT probe comes with a digital certificate of calibration to certify that your instrument has been tested against international laboratory standards, including those set by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

RFX MEAT is designed to withstand ambient temperatures up to 1,000F. Its also fully waterproof and submersibleuse it in the deep fryer or pressure cooker and then toss it straight into the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
