Imperial IR-6-G24 Restaurant Series Range with Griddle, 6 Burners, 2 Ovens, Natural Gas, 60″

This Imperial IR-6-G24 60″ multifunctional cooking griddle is equipped with six open burners, one left-side 24″ griddle and two 26-1/2 inch standard ovens. The six PyroCentric 32,000 BTU burners are anti-clogging with a 7,000 BTU/hr low simmer feature and two rings of flame for even heating. Each burner has one standing pilot for instant ignition. The standard ovens have linear burners to provide even heating throughout each oven and a unique burner baffle to distribute heat flow efficiently. The 24 inch griddle is made of a highly polished 3/4 inch steel plate with a 21 inch plate depth and has an output of 20,000 BTU/hr with a heat deflector every 12 inches. Cleaning is made easy with a 3 inch wide grease trough and removable grease can as well as a removable, full width broiler drip tray.
