Arctic Air’s ACP55 Refrigerated Countertop Prep Unit includes a stainless cover for the refrigerated area. The interior cabinet consists of full stainless steel liner, while the exterior cabinet consists of full stainless steel shell. The self-contained capillary tube system uses environmentally friendly CFC free refrigerant (134A). Features an electronic thermostat with external digital LED display for accurate control and easy reading. This prep unit includes (10) 6″ deep, 1/6 size stainless steel pans and covers with pan supports. Unit is tested to NSF Standard 7 requirements for open food storage. Comes with plastic non-scratch feet. Temperature range is 33-41F, NEMA 5-15P, 8′ cord, cETLus, ETL, 2.0 amps, 230 watts, 115v/60/1. This product measures at 11 inches tall by 55 inches wide by 15.5 inches deep.
