Features a stainless steel motor unit with air vents to ensure watertightness, variable speed button adjusts from 2,000 to 12,500 rpm, automatic speed regularting system, handle designed for better grip and a special Aeromix tool for producing instant light and airy emulsions that hold their shape. Constructed with an 8-inch, 100% stainless steel blades, bell and shaft and removable foot and blade for optimum sanitation.
