The rear mounted fan and heater assembly creates true convection cooking. Its unique air flow design ensures quick and uniform baking. Convection oven is thermostatically controlled up to 480F and features 2 quartz heating elements overhead for melting and browning. This stainless steel, single-deck convection oven / broiler is equipped with a drip-tray, (3) wire racks and (1) aluminum bake pan. Capacity: up to four (4) 1/4 size sheet pans.
