Having tube fired burners constructed with heavy gauge metal, this fryer is able to have a large transfer area and heat control for fast recovery to the desired temperature. This floor model fryer allows for a 40-pound capacity with a recessed bottom that slants toward the drain and a full port drain valve to fit your accessible drainage needs. This model includes two large, nickel-plated fry baskets and a fine mesh crumb screen. This product measures 45.75 inches tall, 15.5 inches wide and 30.5 inches deep.
