The True TUC-27F-HCSolid Door Undercounter Freezer with Hydrocarbon Refrigerant is designed using the highest quality materials and components to provide the user with colder product temperatures, lower utility costs and exceptional food safety. True utilizes stainless steel with a high tensile strength to minimize dents and scratches to the front, sides and top. The back of the unit is a matching finished aluminum. This one door freezer is designed with a self-closing door that offers a 90 degree stay open feature. The cabinet has an attractive interior with a clear coated aluminum liner, stainless steel floor, and covered corners. The (2) heavy duty shelves are PVC coated and adjustable on inch increments. The entire cabinet structure and solid doors are foamed-in-place using Ecomate. Ecomate is a high density polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP).

Ideally suited for both frozen foods and ice cream, the TUC-27F-HC boasts an extra-large evaporator coil to maintain -10F (-23.3C) cabinet temperatures. The sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor and larger fan blades give True undercounter units a more efficient, low velocity, high volume airflow design.
